My name is Tim Praskins and I have been working with acoustic pianos for over 40 years and know what they do, how they work, and what might satisfy your musical needs. I have been a piano, guitar, and organ teacher for all that time and understand the learning and playing challenges that students have. Beyond that, I have special access to help you get even lower prices on brand new acoustic upright and grand pianos along with used acoustic pianos..

Whether you want to invest less than $1000 or as much as $100,000 or more, please contact me so that you can be sure that what you are looking at locally at piano stores or on-line will not only satisfy your musical needs, but will also be a fair and satisfying price.

Phx, AZ
In Maricopa County, AZ with Phoenix being the largest city and the State Capitol, there are currently 9 piano stores with more to come in the future. The greater Phoenix area in Maricopa County is in the top 3 fastest growing areas in the US and the population growth is the biggest and fastest it has ever been in the modern history of Arizona. You can see new apartment and condo buildings everywhere you look these days with thousands of new families moving here every month. This phenomenal growth also includes similar growth patterns in Southern & Northern Arizona and all major cities and towns in those areas.

There are two types of pianos...digital and acoustic. Digital pianos continue to outsell acoustic pianos in big numbers because they are versatile with useful functions and features, they don't go out of tune, you can practice silently on them, and in many cases they really do sound and feel like acoustic pianos, but for quite a bit less money. Plus, there are many models of digital pianos that have very attractive furniture style cabinets.

However,  there is still a big demand for fine acoustic grand & upright pianos. Given the fact that new acoustic pianos have gone up in price so much in the the last 5 years, used acoustic grand & upright pianos are also in more demand than in the past because used pianos are less money than new ones, assuming the used ones are in good shape.

Acoustic Piano brand names
Whether you are looking for a new or used acoustic piano by Yamaha, Kawai, Baldwin, Hailun, Petrof, Steinway, Bosendorfer, Schumann, Fazioli, Broadmann, Grotrian, Boston, Steinberg, Seiler, Essex, Geyer, Kawai, Pearl River, Pramberger, Schimmel, Bechstein, or other brand names, I can give you great advice and point you in the right direction with anything you have seen at a piano store in the greater Phoenix area.

In other words, if you have seen a specific piano or pianos that you really like at one or more piano stores here locally and you are not sure what to do, then contact me for an independent "voice" to give you advice at no charge to you. I can do this because I do not have a store or warehouse and I don't "sell" acoustic pianos. The knowledge of acoustic pianos that I have comes from years of playing them, being involved with piano technicians over the years, and ultimately knowing what I like and don't like.

I am the husband of my beautiful wife Claudia for over 40 years, father to 4 very musical "kids," and grandfather to a number of very musical grandchildren, all in Phoenix, Arizona, I have lived here for well over 40 years. and seen all kinds of growth in the valley and around the state of Arizona.

I am happy to share my piano knowledge with you because music and playing piano is my passion. Also, in this stage of my life I have more time for playing and sharing my piano knowledge with people just like you. So if you are struggling to make a good buying decision on a new or used acoustic grand or upright piano and you have been to pianos stores here locally or have been searching through ads on-line to find the "right" piano for you, then do yourself a favor and contact me first before you buy an acoustic piano anywhere for any price...you'll be very glad you did!

Just so you know, I do not "sell" acoustic pianos nor do I have a store or warehouse. My sole purpose in wanting to help you is to give you an "outside voice" to help you make your piano buying decision, at no extra cost to you, and I may be able to save you money.
